Vegan Rice Krispie LCMs

Here’s my take on how to make LCM bars, the nostalgic KiwI & Aussie classic, made healthier!

My vegan version of LCM Bars are a delicious recreation of the beloved Kiwi and Aussie classic, offering all the nostalgia without compromising your health. Made with puffed rice, brown rice malt syrup, and coconut oil, these treats are not only plant-based but also incredibly easy to whip up.

EDEN VEGAN LCM BARS // RICE KRISPIE TREATS

Ingredients:
3 cups puffed rice (found in the cereal aisle!)
1/2 cup brown rice malt syrup
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted

Method:
1. In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and fold together.
2. Press down firmly into a baking tray, around 20cm x 20cm.
3. Place into the freezer for 1 hour until set.
4. Remove from the freezer and slice into bars.

Make sure to store in the freezer!
You can add in chocolate, peanut butter, sprinkles to your hearts desire! 😮‍💨✨👏🏼
