Cumin cashew cheese

Ingredients
1 cup unsalted cashews
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
2 tsp cumin
Salt and Pepper (lots of pepper!!)
Juice of two lemons
1/4 cup water

Method:
1. Soak cashews in boiling water for at least an hour (overnight if suitable).
2. Add all ingredients into a high powered blender and pulse until well combined.
3. Keep in a jar/container in the fridge for up to a week.
