Snickers rice puff slice

RICE PUFF SNICKERS SLICE:

Ingredients:
6 rice cakes (I always use @ceresorganics rice cakes)
1/4 cup of @fixandfogg almond butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup dates
1/2 cup almond butter
1 cup vegan chocolate
1/4 cup crushed peanuts

Method:
1. For the first layer, blend together rice cakes and almond butter and pat down firmly in a freezer suitable tray. Pop in the freezer while you blend the next layer.
2. Layer two is soaked dates, and more almond butter. Blend and top the base layer, popping back into the freezer once done. Leave for an hour.
3. To finish, melt vegan chocolate on top and sprinkle peanuts for extra crunch. Leave in the freezer to set and slice after a couple of hours!

I keep the bars in the freezer and take out a few mins before eating to soften! 🤍🤍
