Banana bread granola recipe

Ingredients:
WET
2 ripe bananas
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup melted coconut oil

DRY
3 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 cup chopped dates
1/2 cup shredded coconut
Handful of vegan chocolate chips

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and mix together the wet ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Add in the dry ingredients and toss until well combined.
3. Place on an oven proof dish and bake for 15 minutes, until golden and crispy.
4. Serve with oat milk, coconut yoghurt and fresh banana or save for snacking in a Seed & Sprout jar.
