Let’s chat #pantrystaples 💬⚡️What are your most used ingredients?!Mine are oats, dates & brown rice, as well as cinnamon and paprika (couldn’t live without them). One of my goals for 2021 is to continue to make better choices for the environment in all aspects of my life, including my pantry ♻️I love heading down to my local (@goodforstore Wellington) with a basket full of jars that need to be topped up. I find one major benefit of #zerowaste refill shopping is is that you can get ingredients to the EXACT amount you require. When I’m creating a new recipe/trialling new ingredients this is so helpful budget, storage, and waste wise! Frozen banana pops 🍌 🌞 Peanut salted caramel & coconut goodness!! This super easy recipe was made with the @naturescharm #crueltyfree coconut caramel sauce. You could mix up the flavours by choosing any sweet sauce from the range (butterscotch, matcha, fudge..) and changing the toppings! • AD Save the recipe down below for the next time you’re craving an icy sweet treat 😉 Coconut caramel banana pops recipe:Ingredients3 bananas 1/2 cup crushed peanuts 1/2 cup coconut flakes 1/2 block of vegan chocolate 1 Jar @naturescharm caramel sauce Method1. Slice the bananas in half and place a skewer in the middle. Pop on a baking paper lined tray and freeze for 2 hours.2. Once frozen, drizzle (or dip) each banana pop in the sweet natures charm sauce and pop back in the freezer for 10 minutes to set. 3. While you wait, melt the chocolate in a pot on the stove and prepare the toppings by crushing the peanuts and placing onto individual plates to make it easier to “roll” the bananas! 4. Dip the frozen caramel bananas into the melted chocolate and roll in peanuts/coconut before placing back onto the tray.5. Pop in the freezer for 20 minutes to set & enjoy!

My Dad loves seafood and he said he couldn’t tell the difference 👏🏼 This new exciting mushroom product adds to the wide range of meat/seafood alternatives available. Proving that absolutely anything you like to eat, can be made vegan 😉 Spicy Mushroom Calamari Recipe: Sauce:Coconut Garlic Aoili 1/2 cup plain coconut yoghurt 1 tsp garlic 1 tsp cumin1/4 cup chopped parsley 1 Tbsp ACVSqueeze of lemonPinch of salt Wet ingredients:1 cup oat milk Dry ingredients: 1 cup plain flour 1 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp ground coriander1 can natures charm mushroom Vegetable oilGarnish: Spring onionFresh chilli Lemon 1. Prepare the sauce by mixing all ingredients in a ramekin and popping in the fridge to chill prior to frying the mushroom. 2. Take two shallow dishes, one for the wet ingredients and one for the dry. 3. Heat a dry pan on the stove with vegetable oil and prepare a paper towel on a plate.4. Drain the mushroom and piece by piece fold into the flour, before dipping into the wet mix. 5. Fry on high, turning once golden and crispy. 6. Place on paper towel while you prepare the garnishes. Thinly slice spring onion and chilli. 7. Plate with a generous amount of spring onion, dollops of sauce, a slice of zesty lemon & hot chillies.Pickup a can of this @naturescharm Mushroom at your local countdown or vegan convenience store.
