Who else loves trying new vegan snacks?! 🙈AD @ceresorganics has just released two superfood snacks, just in time for the start of spring (aka picnic weather!) The Matcha Lime Pie Raw Wholefood Bar and Turmeric & Black Pepper Seaweed are nutritious snack options that you can throw in your bag (or picnic basket 😉) with some fresh fruit for the day 🍉. I’m already hooked on the tasty matcha raw bar and it was my first time trying the seaweed! What snack would you try first?!

VEGAN HAIRCARE ✨When I first went vegan I wanted to make sure every product I purchased was not only plant based and #cruetlyfree 🐰 but also environmentally friendly. I didn’t clear out all my beauty/household/clothing items at once, but when they ran out I purchased a vegan, ideally low waste alternative ♻️ I’ve been vegan for three years and switched to plastic free shampoo & conditioner a few years ago 🧖🏼‍♀️ I wash my hair often, so found I was going through a ridiculous amount of plastic before making the change 😣 I also think shampoo bars are better value for money as they last longer and are much easier to travel with space wise haha. If you haven’t tried shampoo bars before and always felt curious, @ecostorenz now have a range that are vegan friendly & available in NZ supermarkets. They’re made from natural ingredients and smell so lush ✨I’d love to know if you guys have tried out #plasticfree shampoo before? Did the bars suit your hair? Crumbed ‘fish’ tacos with tartare sauce 🌮Try this dish, to save the fish 😉🐠🐟🐳AD I’ve collaborated with the team at @naturescharm for another delicious recipe! Nature’s Charm are one of my favourite brands to work with as they have such epic vegan products/ingredients! If you want to try out banana blossom for the first time, swipe to see the can it comes in, so you can spot it in your local countdown! Or if you’re based in Wellington you can get it from @moorewilsons. CRUMBED FISH TACO RECIPE INGREDIENTS:1 can of banana blossom 1 cup oat milk 1 cup white flour 1 tbsp paprika 1 tbsp cayenne pepper 1 tbsp cumin 1 cup whole grain breadcrumbs 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar Taco filling:4 x wraps 1/4 red cabbage 1/4 red onion 1 Avocado Fresh coriander Vegan Tartare sauce: 1/2 cup vegan mayo Handful of parsley 4 Gherkins 1 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar Pepper & salt METHOD:1. Drain can of banana blossom and slice into small pieces. 2. Pour oat milk in a small bowl. Whisk spices and flour in another small bowl and have third one for the whole grain bread crumbs. 3. Dip the banana blossom in each bowl before frying in a hot pan with olive oil. Once the pieces have been fried on each side, add in a splash of ACV. 4. While the banana blossom is frying, prepare the tartare sauce by blending all ingredients together and popping in the fridge until you are ready to serve. 5. Thinly slice red cabbage, onion, tomato, avocado and stuff the tacos, topped with the fried banana blossom.6. Drizzle with tartare sauce and garnish with fresh coriander. I love to end the day with a hot cup of tea 💭(especially using our gorg new kettle)✨Since I’m not a coffee drinker (I’ll leave that to all you caffeine lovers 🙈) any herbal tea is good for me, chai, green tea with raspberry and peppermint are my favs. Especially @organicindia chai from @commonsenseorganics ☕️Are you guys more of a tea lover or a coffee drinker?! I feel like everyone has a preference one way or the other 😉
