Boysenberry Coconut Chia Jar 

Checkout the fun summery recipe below for a fresh breakfast option. A new take on the well loved overnight oats, topping it with a smoothie. Served in a large jar with my favourite coconut bowls spoon – eco friendly & delicious! 

INGREDIENTS

Overnight oats:
1/2 cup of oats
1/2 cup oat milk
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp maple syrup

Smoothie Bowl: 
Frozen coconut flesh (Amazonia from Whole Harry)
1/2 cup frozen boysenberries
1/2 cup oat milk
Juice of one lemon
Shredded coconut
Homemade Granola

1. Mix together the ingredients for overnight oats and place into the fridge for 2+ hours.

2. Once all liquid is absorbed in the jar prepare the smoothie section by placing coconut flesh, frozen berries and oat milk in your blender. Squeeze the juice of a lemon on top.

3. Blend for one minute until all ingredients are combined well.

4. Scoop into your jar on top of the overnight oats and sprinkle granola, shredded coconut and chia seeds on top.

5. Serve immediately as it’s best chilled!
